This policy explains how personal data is processed in the Qanta and Qanta Business mobile applications. The applications do not connect directly to your bank account; financial and business records are created or imported by the user.
1. Information we process
- Account and contact information, including name, email address, and user identifier.
- Financial and business records, including income, expense, balance, customer and supplier, due date, order, inventory, and payment records.
- User content, including notes and optional product, profile, document images, and voice notes.
- Technical data, including device and notification identifiers, app usage events, crash, and diagnostic records.
- Purchase information, including subscription and in-app purchase status. Qanta does not store full payment card details.
2. How we use information
We process data to provide accounts and app features, synchronize records across devices, deliver notifications and reminders, verify subscription status, maintain security, diagnose errors, and provide user support.
3. Service providers and disclosure
Qanta does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only as needed with infrastructure, authentication, notification, analytics, storage, and purchase-verification providers, or with authorities when legally required. These providers may include Google Firebase, Apple, and related platform services.
4. Tracking and advertising
Qanta Business does not request App Tracking Transparency permission to track activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising. The personal Qanta app may show the applicable platform permission if an advertising or measurement feature is used.
5. Retention and security
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your account and related data, or information about processing. Optional camera, photo library, microphone, speech recognition, and notification permissions can be managed in device settings.
7. Children's privacy
The applications are not directed to children under 13 and are not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children.
